Linux i386 executable for the dynamic routing daemon and the command
line client (oclient).
- nrtd must be started as root (only once). Run nrtd without option and
read the documentation.
- oclient can (should) be run as a normal user. The documentation is
integrated. oclient uses nrtd to get the information about the stations
available.
- nettrigger sends a broadcast message marked as an \'extern\' trigger.
